Location: Chelsea & Victoria, London (no remote working)
Employment Type: Permanent, part-time (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm)
About The Role

We are looking for a proactive Studio Administrator to help keep our Chelsea studio running smoothly each day. This is a hands-on, operational role that plays a vital part in creating a welcoming, organised and uplifting working environment for our colleagues.
From ensuring shared spaces are beautifully presented to coordinating suppliers and supporting day-to-day operations, you’ll be the person who makes everything work, enabling the wider team to focus on what they do best.

What You’ll Be Doing
Creating a Welcoming Studio Environment
Ensuring the studio is well-presented, organised and inviting, across shared spaces, meeting rooms and kitchen areas
Maintaining office supplies and consumables so teams have everything they need to work efficiently
Ensuring our colleagues in our Wilton Road serviced office feel supported and connected
Supporting Day-to-Day Operations
Overseeing daily studio operations and resolving practical issues as they arise
Greeting couriers, managing post and ensuring deliveries reach the right people promptly
Managing office equipment and assets such as keys, access passes and devices
Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, including occasional order fulfilment and gifting
Coordinating Facilities & Suppliers
Acting as a key point of contact for building management, maintenance providers and other suppliers
Coordinating repairs, servicing and office maintenance visits
Overseeing cleaning, security and health & safety compliance
Monitoring office-related budgets and supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency
Overseeing our external storage unit
IT & Systems Support
Liaising with external IT support to coordinate equipment needs and basic troubleshooting for head office and retail teams
Organising IT equipment procurement, maintenance and retirement in line with company guidelines
Helping ensure office systems and equipment function effectively
What We’re Looking For

Has experience in office administration, studio coordination or a similar support role
Is highly organised with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Takes pride in maintaining a tidy, well-presented workspace
Has strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and everyday office systems
Is proactive, flexible and solutions-focused
Communicates clearly and professionally, building strong working relationships across teams
Enjoys contributing to a positive, collaborative office culture
Most importantly, you care about creating an environment where others can thrive.
